An ode to optimism after difficult times, Miss Yesterday evokes anticipation and warmth with its bright, rich instrumentals, trance-like beat and laid-back, vernacular vocal and lyrical tone.
The band now introduces two new Miss Yesterday remixes by Glasgow band, Cloth, and the Manchester trio, Nightbus.
"We really loved the original recording of Miss Yesterday and wanted to preserve the vocal melodies whilst turning the arrangement on its head a bit. In the end, we decided to go down a darker, electronic path with things. We’re really happy with how the remix turned out!”- Cloth
"We were delighted to remix Oslo Twins track. As a band we are particularly fond of Bristol and its music scene (past and present), which is what we wanted to pay homage to when creating this remix. The remix essentially created itself and the whole process felt very organic, which is a testament to Oslo Twins song writing and production." – Nightbus
“It’s a song of joyful nostalgia, filled with hope and affection, and perhaps a darker hint of ‘Let’s just run away from everything, there’s nothing but us, f**k it all’,” says Claudia.
